| 摘 要： | 适应学校具有国际化视野的应用型人才的培养定位和课程创新精神,遵循教育部专业建设规范,借鉴国内外大学课程建设的成功经验,深入分析社会需求以及毕业生的就业趋势,多方向科学设置就业出口;构建了＂基础平台＋方向必选＋任意选修＂专业课程体系与＂基本理论、课外阅读、前沿知识加案例模型＂的＂3＋1＂单门课程内容体系;突出技能培养,强化实践教学,探索＂优化课内、强化课外、重视技能、强化实践＂的教学模式。该改革取得了良好的效果,对地方本科院校培养高素质应用型人才具有一定的示范作用。
