| 摘 要： | 会计与财务管理是经济管理中的重要内容。正确认识和处理会计与财务管理的关系，无论是对会计与财务管理学科的自身建设，还是发挥财会工作在实践中的作用，都具有十分重要的意义。该文论述了会计与财务管理的区别与联系，并针对目前会计与财务管理关系上存在的问题提出对策。指出只要正确处理会计与财务管理两者的关系，充分认识两者的区别与联系，就一定能使会计与财务管理的工作在现代化信息社会中发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | Accounting and financial management are important parts of economy management. Correct cognition and handling of the relationship between accounting and financial management is of vital importance to the development of financial management and accounting in theory as well as in practice. The differentiation between accounting and financial management is discussed in this paper, and the counterplan to current problems as to the relationship between accounting and financial management is thus proposed here. It is pointed out that accounting and financial management can certainly be made to play a better role in modern information society as long as the differentiation and relationship between accounting and financial management is correctly recognized and handled. |
