| 摘 要： | 人是人类历史的缔造者，是社会的主体。在人类发展史上，人在社会中的实践活动直接推动和影响着社会的发展，特别是各个方面的人才在国家和社会中的历史作用是不容忽视的。中国历代都很重视人才的任用，人才的选拔，人才的培养。中国先秦时期已经认识到了人和人才的重要性，这段时期的用人思想对于我们正确看待人才在社会中的价值有一定借鉴意义，有助于我们结合马克思主义的唯物史观来看待人才的社会价值，正确对待人才的素质培养、选拔和任用，使人才更好的为国家和社会服务。

| Abstract: | The people are the founders of human history. People are the mainstay of society. In the history of human development, The practical activity of people in society directly promote and intluence the development of society, especially the historical effect of various talents in the nation and society cannot be ignored. Chinese dynasties attached great importance to the appointment of talents, the selection of talents and the training of talents. At the Pre-Qin Period of China, the importance of human person and talents has been recognized. Ideology of the period have important reference significance for us to look on social value, which helps us combine Marxist historical materialism to look on social values of talent, doing by correctly diathesis training, selection and appointment of talent so that talents serve better for the country and society. |
