| 摘 要： | 新媒体因其独特的传播优势而越来越成为不可或缺的沟通工具，对人们的生活方式、行为习惯、价值观念乃至文化运行模式产生了深远影响。面对新媒体带来的机遇与挑战，大学校园文化建设要始终把握文化方向统领、大学精神培育、文化情境设计、文化活动开展和文化行为规范工作。树立与新媒体发展趋势和规律相一致的新理念．拓展校园文化发展的新平台和新路径，加强对网络舆情的监测管理与引导，增强新媒体环境下大学人的文化构建能力。

| Abstract: | New media has increasingly become an indispensable communication tool because of its unique advantages, and exerted a profound impact on people＇s lifestyles, habits, values and culture operation mode. With the opportunity and challenges brought by new media, the construction of university campus culture should always abide by the cultural guideline, cultivate the university spirit, work out cultural situation and develop cultural activities and standard cultural behavior. At the same time, it is necessary to set up new concepts which are consistent with the development trends and rules of new media, expand the new platforms and new paths to promote development of campus culture, strengthen the management on monitoring and guidance of public opinion in network and enhance the ability of university people in cultural construction. |
