| 摘 要： | 文章从近两年乌鲁木齐市棚户区改造情况、项目运行和执行情况着手,分析项目改造工作中存在的问题和矛盾,提出需要如何去重视和理解棚户区改造工作,提升项目工程的质量,达到改造目标,从而实现乌鲁木齐市的社会和谐稳定的对策建议.
