| 摘 要： | 以2－异丙基－4－甲基－6－羟基嘧啶和O，O－二乙基硫代磷酰氯为原料合成了二嗪磷。通过正交试验，确定了缩合反应的适宜溶剂及带水剂，使缩合反应时间缩短为5．5h，副产物硫特谱含量低于0．10％，收率迭95．1％。

| Abstract: | Diazinon is synthesized through 2-isoproyl-4-methyl - hydroxy-pyrimidine with diethyl-thio- phosphoryl chloride. The optimum combination of a solvent and a dehydrated solvent are obtained by orthogonal test, the time of reaction is shortened to 5.5h and the content of by-product sulfotep is reduced under 0.10%. The yield reaches 95.1%. |
