| 摘 要： | 运用文献、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,对武汉市社会体育指导员的现状进行了调查研究,分析了影响社会体育指导员指导的主要因素:宣传因素;群众科学健身观念因素;经济因素;组织管理因素;场地因素和社会体育指导员自身因素。提出完善武汉市社会体育指导员队伍建设的建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,questionnaires investigation and mathematical statistics,the authors make an investigation on current situation of social sports instrcuctors in Wuhan,analyse the major factors that affect the social sports instructors:Propagative factor;the scientific gymnastical idea factor of the masses;economic factor;(organization) management factor;place factor and social sports instructors factor,and provide some suggestions for (improving) the construction of social sports instructors in Wuhan. |
