敏感期女生身体素质灰色关联分析

摘    要:根据石家庄各山区速度素质发展敏感期9岁女生各项身体素质测验结果,通过灰色关联分析定量地描述了速度素质与力量素质、耐力素质、弹跳素质、灵敏素质和柔韧素质的相互关系,针对速度素质敏感期的9岁女生为提高速度素质如何安排教学内容提出合理意见,旨在全面提高身体素质同时重点提高速度素质,同时为教学手段的选择运用和学生速度素质的提高提供了理论依据.发展速度素质首先考虑与其关联度较强的素质手段,而关联度较低的素质练习手段恰恰是其发展的障碍和弱项,应作为教学练习中的突破口.

Abstract:According to the physical quality tests given to nine-year-old schoolgirls in the sensitive period of speed quality development in Shijiazhuang mountainous areas,this article,by grey related analysis,quantitatively describes the relations between speed quality and physical strength quality,physical endurance quality,spring quality,sensitive quality and pliable quality.Then this article puts forward some advice about the better arrangement of teaching content in order to improve the speed quality of nine-year-old schoolgirls in the sensitive period of speed quality development.It provides the theoretical basis for the selective application of teaching methods and the students' improvement of speed quality.In the field of developing speed quality,quality practice methods highly related with speed quality should be considered at first,while quality practice methods relatively low related with speed quality should be the break through point practice because such quality practice methods are just weak courses and barriers.
