| 摘 要： | 2009年12月,全球三大评级公司下调希腊主权信用评级,引爆希腊债务危机,并由此拉开了欧洲主权债务危机的序幕。先后卷入债务危机的欧洲国家包括希腊、意大利、西班牙、葡萄牙、比利时等。时至今日,欧债危机仍在进一步恶化,欧债形势恶化至当前的状况可谓冰冻三尺非一日之寒。总的说来,过度举债、超前消费、欧盟制度缺陷以及外部原因等因素的累积效应最终导致了欧债危机的爆发与持续恶化。面对欧债危机的影响,我国需早作谋划审慎应对。

| Abstract: | In 2009 December,The global three big rating agencies downgrade Greece ’s sovereign credit rating,DetonationThe Greek debt crisis,And thus began the European sovereign debt crisis.Has been involved in the debt crisis of the European countries including Greece,Italy,Spain,Portugal,belgium.Today,The European debt crisis still further deterioration,The debt situation worsened to the current status is three feet of ice cold day.Generally speaking,Excessive debt,ahead of consumption,the defect of system and external factors such as the cumulative effect of reason,entually led to the European debt crisis and continuing deterioration.In the face of European debt crisis,Our country should make plan early careful answer. |
