| 摘 要： | 通过调查分析发现，西北地区农村全民健身基础设施、体育人口、农民的体育健身意识、体育消费水平、群众体育活动的组织和管理等诸方面都还处于相对较低的水平，凸显了在全面建设小康社会进程中发展该地区全民健身体育的艰巨性和重要性。同时，在我国致力于西部开发、全面建设小康社会、建设社会主义和谐社会的伟大历史进程中，有着多姿多彩体育文化和丰富体育旅游资源的西北地区农村在发展全民健身体育方面有着良好的机遇。据此提出了构建西北地区农村全民健身体系、发展该地区全民健身体育的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | On the base of investigation and analysis, we find the basic establishment, population, people' s consciousness, consume level, organization and management of physical activity in rural area of Northwest China were on very low level, which showed outstandingly the difficulties and importance of developing Fitness- for- all in that area during the process of constructing All- round Affluent Society. Meanwhile, in the great process of developing northwestern area, establishing All- round Affluent Society and constructing harmony socialistic society, it has such a good chance to develop mass sport in the northwestern country with colorful sports culture and abundant recourse of sports tourism. Hereby, the strategies and countermeasures were put forward to constructthe System of Fitness- for- all and mass sport in this area in the paper. |
