长鳍吻鮈精子活力的观察

摘    要:采集成熟的长鳍吻鮈精子,观察单精和混精、不同NaCl浓度、20℃和4℃下保存时间对长鳍吻鮈精子活力的影响.结果表明:单尾鱼的精子激烈运动时间和寿命均显著好于多尾混精,其精子激烈运动时间和寿命在O~O.40%NaCl溶液中相对延长;0.50%时达到最大值,分别为(60.89±8.18)s和(297.44±27.86)s;0.60%时明显缩短;0.80%和0.90%时,精子几乎不动.20℃和4℃下随保存时间延长精子的运动时间和寿命逐渐减少,4℃下不同保存时间三个运动阶段和寿命均较20℃下搁置有所延长;20℃下保存12h和4℃下保存36h,精子仍具一定激烈运动的活力。

Abstract:The activation and motility of spermatozoa are investigated in healthy male Rhinogobio ventralis under single ones and the mixed ones, or the different concentration of NaC1 solutions, or at the temperature of 20℃and 4℃. The results are as follows.the fast movement time and the life time of one fish is higher than those of mixed ones. The fast movement time and the life time of the sperms increase in the solution of 0. 00%~0. 40% NaCl,reach the highest in 0. 50% NaCl solution as (60. 89 ±8. 18) s and (297.44±27.86) s respectively,and decrease apparently in 0. 60% NaCl solution,then come into a stop in the solution of 0. 80%~0. 90%NaCl. Further increase in the preservation time cause gradual decrease in the fast movement time and the life time of the sperms,the preservation time by low temperature of the three stages of movement and life time last longer than those set aside at room temperature, preserved at 20℃ for 12 h or by low temperature for 36 h, the sperms could still remain a certain vitality.
