| 摘 要： | 北部湾经济区发展需要创新翻译复合人才，传统的英语翻译人才培养存在着翻译课程学时安排过少、教学内容跟不上时代发展、理论与实践脱节等问题。创新英语翻译复合人才培养提出新的模式：第一课堂和第二课堂教学；集体、分班授课并存，增设英语服务领域的专业知识课程和延伸式实践教学。
