| 摘 要： | 对于企业来说,知识管理的实施在于建立激励雇员参与知识共享的机制,培养企业创新和集体创造力.其基本特征表现在于信息管理,知识共享作为核心目标,存在两种战略模式.企业实施知识管理的过程中,应该注意避免陷入误区,对策为营造崭新的企业文化、企业的组织方式转变为网状结构、设立知识主管和知识管理部门、加强知识管理信息系统建设.
