| 摘 要： | 大学生"村官"政策是一项指导性政策,与村民自治制度之间并无冲突,但国家与村委会之间的关系则需要进一步明确化和具体化。实践中某些地方政府对大学生"村官"所做出的某些政治权利的承诺也应加以修正;大学生与村委会之间的代理或委托关系也应当加强和明确化。

| Abstract: | The "little village official" policy is a guiding policy and does not conflict with system of the villager autonomy,but the relationship between the state and villager committees needs to be further clarified and materialized.In practice,certain political rights commitment promised by the some local government to the little village official" should also be revised;the agent or entrustment relationship between the college graduate and the villager committee should also be strengthened and clarified. |
