| 摘 要： | 建设和谐的大学文化既是建设和谐文化的题中应有之义，也是大学文化建设的内在要求。构建和谐大学文化，既是一个突出的理论问题，也是一个实践性很强的研究课题。只有把握好大学自身文化建设与引领社会文化、大学“共性”文化与“个性”文化、依法办学与以德治校、学生全面发展与个性发展以及软环境与硬环境等五个着力点，才能有效推进和谐大学文化建设。

| Abstract: | Constructing harmonious university culture is the intrinsic requests of university cultural construction. Constructing harmonious university culture, is a prominent theory problem as well a very strong research topic of practicality. This paper shows that in order to promote the construction of harmonious university culture, five important aspects should be paid attention. |
