| Abstract: | According to the lack of operation in the theories for evaluating the sports training benefits,the authors discuss several problems in the content of the sports training benefit ,the evaluation index system of sports benefit ,as well as the stagnation of sports training "input and output". Meanwhile the suggestion of solving the above problems is put forward. |
