| 摘 要： | “贯标”与“信息化”对企业管理的积极作用基本上是相同的。黄石中小企业在20世纪末期的“贯标”活动中暴露出来的基础管理薄弱问题，也是其信息化的最大障碍。因此，黄石中小企业可以借鉴“贯标”的经验，在信息化的建设过程中，认真对员工进行科学发展观的教育，搞好全员培训以及注意发展战略，克服障碍。

| Abstract: | The active functions of ISO to business management are basically the same as that of informatization. The weak basal management problem is the maximal obstacle for informatization, which is exposed in Huangshi small and intermediate-size enterprises when carrying out ISO in late 20th century.
