| 摘 要： | 随着现代科学技术的高速发展和学科专业的不断融合,科研工作成为一种相关领域之间相互渗透、影响、交叉和促进的过程,科研活动日益具有开放、合作的特征.高校科研管理要维持一种有创造力的环境,实现推进地方和区域经济发展的目的,就应遵循科研活动的特点和规律,在科研过程、科研成果、科研资源等方面建立开放性的管理机制,使科研工作的运行逐渐朝向规范、有序、高效的方向发展. |

| Abstract: | With high-speed development of modern science and technology and multi discipline fusion,scientific research work becomes a process of interaction,intersection and promotion of related areas,and scientific research octivities have characters of opening and cooperation.If scientific research management wants to maintain a creative environment and achieves the goal of pushing development of local and regional economics,it should obey the characters and rules of scientific research,and set up opening management system in the scientific research process,scientific research results and scientific research resources to push scientific research activities develop in standard,ordering and highly efficient ways. |
