| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的不断深入和完善,我国的经济有了飞速的发展,城镇化建设不断加快,人民的物质生活水平有了很大提高,然而,老百姓的精神生活水平却至今没有很大改善,这一点尤其表现在农村体育和民间传统体育活动上,民族传统文化的继承和发扬,是我们每一个人的责任,何况它能够给我们带来健身娱乐的效果.通过对江西老区民间传统体育的继承和发展现状进行分析,为人们更好的参与和开展民间传统体育活动提出参考建议供商讨.

| Abstract: | With the constant improvement of reform and open policy,our country economy had a rapid development,the rate of urbanization has speeded up and the material living standards has improved a lot.However,the common people's spiritual life level actually has not changed especially in the countryside sports and in the folk traditional sports.It is our rsponsibility to succeed and carry forward the traditional culture which bring us health and entertainment.Through the analysis of the succession and present development,thia article has given some suggestions to participate and conduct folk traditional sports. |
