| Abstract: | English teachers,as the important component of specialty construction,has undertaken the tasks of language teaching and culture spreading,whose literature accomplishment is closely connected with the fate of teaching reform and quality of personnel cultivation.Teachers＇ literature accomplishment is the core part of teachers＇ knowledge structure and humanities quality,whose construction and improvement is a long dynamical process,needing the joint efforts of teacher,school and the society. |
