高职高专院校教师专业发展:内涵与特征

摘    要:高等教育大众化阶段高职高专院校的教学质量依赖于教师的专业发展。高职高专院校教师的专业发展是指从事某一专业教学的教师群体,在他们长期的教学实践过程中逐步形成的一种能够支撑他们获得持续竞争优势的综合能力的发展。这种能力发展具有独特性、整合性、动态发展性和职业性的特征。教师专业知识讲授能力、教学资源整合能力、实践能力的提升是高职高专教师专业发展的主要表现形式。

Abstract:In the popular stage of higher education, the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges depend on teachers' professional development, which refers to the development of comprehensive competences of competitive advan- tages that teachers obtained in long--term professional teaching practice, which is unique, comprehensive, dynamic and professional. The main demonstrations of higher vocational college teachers' professional development are knowledge teaching competencet teaching resources combining competence, and improvement of practice competence.
