| 摘 要： | 比较《道德经》与《圣经》养生思想,发现《圣经》归属于宗教的范畴,贯穿《圣经》中的养生思想是正确处理人与神之间的关系。而《道德经》归属于哲学的范畴,诉诸于心灵或理性,从养生的角度可以理解为：道法自然、柔弱处上、培养德行等。

| Abstract: | Through health preserving thought comparison,we found that the Bible belongs to religion,the health preserving thought being concerned about correct handling the relation between human and god,while Moral Classics belongs to philosophy,the health preserving thought being concerned about mind or reason.Health preserving can be understood as Taoism being natural,softness being the upper and training moral behaviours. |
