| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the managing and teaching by correspondence, this paper sets forth that the teaching by correspondence should be carried out according to the correspondence students' characteristics. This paper also points out that the essential point of managing and teaching by correspondence is to raise the students' ability to study independently, take change of their learning and homework and cultivate their good ways of learning etc. |
