| 摘 要： | 一九四九年七月,随着《银元及银元兑换券发行方法》的颁布,银元券被运到西宁,但直到九月初西宁解放前,国民政府中央银行西宁分行一直未能“奉令发行”。西宁分行既未“奉令发行”银元券,又元“奉拨”的银元可供兑换银元券,当时的政治,经济和军事等诸方面原因导致银元券在青海地区出现了这种特殊现象。

| Abstract: | When the issued method of Silver Yuan and Silver Yuan exchanging paper was published in July 1949,the Silver Yuan Paper was transported to Xining.But the Central Bank of China Xining Branch had not "issued as order"before Xining was liberated in September the same year.Xining Branch neither received "the order to issue the Silver Yuan Paper"nor had "Government Sending"Silver Yuan to be exchanged.The political economic and military affairs affected the Silver Yuan Paper to be circulated in Qinghai area. |
