| 摘 要： | 教育的公平应从不同的视角来分析,应体现在受教育者个人、教育消费者家庭、教育者教师、提供教育服务的学校和政府等多个方面。民办高校的发展与以下不同层面的教育公平有着密切的联系:历史角色的责任公平;政府政策与法规的公平;社会大众心理的认同公平;教育资源配置与服务的公平。政府和民办高校两方面都要解决好教育公平问题,从而促进民办高校的发展。

| Abstract: | The Fairness of education should be analyzed from different views,which includes students,teachers,colleges and government.The development of non-state college is close to the fairness of education in different aspects:the responsible fairness in the role of history;the fairness in the government's policy and law;the fairness of approvement in the psychology of the public;the fairness in deploying of education resources and service.In order to promote the development of non-state college,the problem of the fairness of education should be solved by the government and non-state college. |
