| 摘 要： | NCAA篮球教练员执教能力出众,表现为执教经历丰富,工作态度好、训练效率高,教育技术手段运用多,训练注重实效。NCAA通过提供优厚待遇、严格选拔、考核、日常管理保证了教练员队伍的优胜劣汰和持续进步。建议我国高校学习NCAA经验,制订出合理的规章制度,以提高高校篮球教练员队伍整体水平。

| Abstract: | NCAA basketball coach team＇ trainiug ability level height,for example their teaching experience is rich,attitude toward work is good,and training is efficient,the means wielding the education technology more,trains emphasizing practical results.NCAA continues progress the following method as if provide favorable pay,choose strictly,and examine,daily administration and so on that ensures coach teams select the superior and eliminate the inferior and continue progressing.Suggestions：studying NCAA experience,working out rational rules and regulations to improve the colleges and universities basketball coach team overall level. |
