| 摘 要： | 实训课程考核是目前旅游管理专业教学的薄弱环节，方法简单、肤浅，标准模糊、笼统，无法准确地测量到学生对技能要素的掌握程度，不能真正促进学生初步专业能力的形成。本文以《前厅服务与管理》课程为例，确定实训中的六项标准，并根据它们在不同业务中的重要程度建立权重，根据学生掌握的程度来考察其专业能力水平，使实训课程考核变得精细、科学。
