| 摘 要： | 随着网络和多媒体等信息技术的发展及其在现代远程教育中的应用，数字化教学资源已日益受到人们的青睐，开发、整合和应用高质量的数字化教学资源已成为干部教育信息化的迫切需要。本文根据干部教育对数字化教学资源的需求，整合和应用目前已有资源，提出网络环境下适宜干部教学应用的教学资源整合与应用实现的模式及相关理论问题，以期适应党校系统、行取学院干部培养的需要，拓宽干部教育的空间。

| Abstract: | Along with the information technology development of network and multimedia in modern distance education,the digitalized learning resources have received people's favor day by day,so the informationization of the cadre education calls for the development,integration and application of high quality digitalized learning resources.Accordingly,we propose the cadre education application and integration pattern under the network environment and the question of relative theories to meet the needs of the contemporary party school system,the cadre cultivation in the administrative institute and to further the cadre education. |
