| 摘 要： | 由于民办高校较少受到行政化制约,有更灵活的机制来培育自身的办学特色,因此,特色兴校是民办高校实施内涵式发展战略的有效途径。＂特色兴校＂首先要解决好科学定位问题,关键是尊重传统,核心是注重创新,要切实遵循教育发展规律。办学特色要集中体现在民办高校的学科特色和人才培养质量上。

| Abstract: | The civilian-run colleges and universities are not much restricted by the administrative means and have their own vivid mechanism to cultivate their own features,so,making school rise with special feature is an effective way for them to carry out connotative developing strategy.For this,first,the scientific locating question must be solved,the key factor is valuing the tradition;the core is paying attention to innovation.It is necessary to really follow the education developing rule.For the school-running feature,it is necessary to be centrally embodied in the subject feature and the quality of training people of ability. |
