摘    要:在分析研究个人能力、岗位价值、绩效贡献等三大价值导向关系的基础上,综合运用宽带薪酬、关键绩效指标体系(KPI)等现代人力资源管理理论,通过建立个人素质评价模型,搭建了职务晋升和能力发展兼备的双轨制薪酬管理体系,拓宽了员工的发展通道,解决了过去对管理人员考核指标不易量化、不易评价,无法建立健全薪酬管理体系的问题,为公司跨越式发展提供了有力支持,促进员工提升工作效率、提高个人收入水平,员工在实现个人价值的同时促进了企业战略目标的实现,形成企业与员工双赢的和谐局面.
