| 摘 要： | 民法典与民法文化间存在着积极互动关系,也对我国法学教育、法学研究、普法活动等方面以及民法文化的发展产生消极影响。克服这些消极影响,民法典内容要体现出民法保障人权、维护人性、推动人的成长和发展的固有品性;要弘扬民法精神,加强对民法文化等基本理念、理论的研究。
