| 摘 要： | 阐述了长胶打法的现状与培养长胶打法的重要性，结合我校高水平乒乓队实例，论述了直拍长胶打法运动员发球与接发球竞技能力的培养与提高的技战术及途径，这将有利于促进长胶打法和普通高校高水平乒乓队的发展。

| Abstract: | Combining with example of our college high level table tennis team, this paper discusses the present situation and importance of the long pimpled rubber playing, and elaborates the technology, tactic and way to improve and enhance the athletic ability of serve and receive of pen - hold long pimpled rubber playing. The main purpose is to promote the development of long pimpled rubber playing and college table tennis teams at a high level. |
