| 摘 要： | 在就业难的大背景下,高职毕业生面对巨大的就业压力,许多人产生了这样或那样的就业心理问题,严重影响了他们的就业进程。对高职生的就业心理进行调查分析,探寻常见的就业心理问题,并提出合适的应对策略,不仅能促进高职生的心理健康发展,而且能有效提高高职生的择业、就业质量。

| Abstract: | In the context of employment difficulties,higher vocational college graduates face great employment pressures, and many of them have psychological problems of employment of one kind or another, which seriously affects their employment process. Investigation and analysis on the employment psychology of higher vocational college students and the exploration on the common psychological problems of employment and the appropriate coping strategies can not only promote the development of higher vocational college students＇mental health,but also can effectively improve the quality of their occupational choices and employment. |
