| 摘 要： | 民办高校要实现跨越式发展,必须加强校园文化建设。通过校园物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化建设,着力提升学校的文化品格,塑造高层次的大学精神,形成日趋稳定的优良校风,提升学校声誉、增强办学能力,促进民办高校的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | If private institutions of higher learning want to realize rapid development,campus culturalconstruction must be strengthened.Their rapid development can be promoted by constructing campus materialculture,system culture,behavior culture and spirit culture,by upgrading cultural style,and by molding collegespirit at a high level to form stable and excellent school discipline,to upgrade school prestige and to promoteschool-run ability. |
