| 摘 要： | 通过实证数据检验了浙江省科技研发投入与专利产出之间关系,研究表明不同科技研发投入主体对专利产出的效用是不同的,这种效用差异既反映了各级研发投入主体的利益机制,也反映了原有专利产出体系存在的根本缺陷。研究进一步指出,研发投入和专利产出的效用差异显著影响了区域产业经济增长绩效。
