| 摘 要： | 社会组织是社会治理的重要主体之一。建设服务型政府，离不开社会组织对社会治理的积极参与。当下，社会组织参与城市社区治理主要受政府组织因素、利益主体因素、社会环境因素以及制度失范等因素的影响。推进社会组织参与社会治理，应积极构建现代化的社会组织体系，社会组织对自身进行精准定位，千方百计争取有力的社会支持，以及构建完善的服务机制等。

| Abstract: | The social organization is an important subject of social governance.The construction of service-oriented government cannot be separated from social organizations＇active participation in social governance.At present, the participation of social organizations in the urban community governance is mainly affected by the government organizational factors, interest factors, social and environmental factors, and institutional anomie and other factors.To promote social organizations＇participation in social governance, we should actively construct modern system of social organizations, accurately position social organizations, make every attempt to gain strong social support, as well as construct excellent service mechanism etc. |
