摘    要:新建地方本科学校教师思想政治素质现状主要表现为:基本适应其人才培养的需要,但也存在不少问题;部分教师重专业能力素质轻思想政治素质的情况较为严重;部分教师缺乏学校归属感,缺乏践行学校优良文化传统的自觉性;少数教师的角色定位不准,缺乏提升自身思想政治素质的内驱力;少数教师育人、爱校情感淡漠,教师流失现象较为严重。基于现状,提升新建地方本科学校教师思想政治素质的对策主要有:加强社会主义核心价值体系建设,唱响社会主旋律;优化工作机制,提升政工队伍专业化水平;坚持人才培养标准,在实践中提升教师思想政治素质;在工作中将解决教师的思想问题与解决教师的实际问题结合起来;完善评价体系,让教师中的高层次人才立足本职岗位主动积极作为;加强校史校情教育,强化教师的主人翁意识等。

Abstract:The reality of teacher's ideological and political quality in newly-buih local Undergraduate colleges are mainly as follows: Although it basically meets the needs of personnel training, it also has many problems; the situation is serious that some teachers attach much more importance to professional competence than ideological and political education; some teachers lose their sense of belonging to the college and consciousness of practicing the school's fine traditional culture; some teachers have no correct aims and lack of internal driving force to improve their ideological and political quality; the teachers' loss is mainly because of their indifference of educating their students. Due to the above situations, the following countermeasures are suggested: singing loudly the social theme by strengthening the construction of the socialist core value system; enhancing the professional level of political work troop by optimizing the work mechanism; adhering to the standards of talents training and improving teachers' ideological and political quality in practice; connecting solving teachers' ideological problems with their practical problems in practical work; encouraging the high-level talents to work actively on his post by perfecting the evaluation system; strengthening the teachers' sense of ownership by educating the school' history and situation.
