| 摘 要： | 加利弗尼亚州刑法典结构严密,是美国州刑法的重要代表。本文首先介绍了美国法律的现状。接着简单阐述了该法典的体系,并且对犯罪构成进行了较为详细的论述。最后对具体类罪抢劫罪进行了比较分析。
