摘    要:在“双师型”教师队伍培养和建设方面,德国、澳大利亚、美国、日本、新加坡等国均有许多成功经验可供借鉴.中国的高职教育应全面考察和研究国外的高职教育,分析其利弊得失,再根据我国的国情加以合理吸收和运用,从政府加大教育投入力度、制定明确具体严格的高职院校教师从业标准、提高兼职教师任职比例、制订科学有效的考评机制、加强在职教师的继续教育等方面入手,切实加强高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设.

Abstract:As regards the training and construction of double qualified teaching staff,a lot of good experience can be provided for reference in Germany,Australia,USA,Japana and Singapore,etc.For China’s higher vocational education,it is necessary to make comprehensive study and research of the higher vocational education in foreign countries and analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Meanwhile,it is suggested to absorb and use the successful experience reasonably in accordance with national conditions.Moreover,from such aspects as increasing government’s education investment,formulating specific strict standard for teachers,improving the proportion of part-time teachers,making scientific and effective evaluation mechanism and enhancing further education of in-service teachers,it’s a must to strengthen the faculty team construction of double qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges.
