摘    要:在一个经济全球化和商品市场国际化的今天,商品广告比比皆是,它们已成为商家、企业和广大消费者获取商品信息、决定投资和消费策略的重要信息来源。广告英语已从单纯的“广而告之”发展成为有别于一般英语的广告语言,形成了自己独特的风格,以达到广告的最终目的——推销商品。本文以大量的翻译实践为基础,对书面广告英语在词汇、句法、修辞三方面的语言特点进行了分析,并简单探讨了广告英语翻译的有关技巧。

Abstract:In the present era of an economical globalization and commodity market internationalization,commodity advertisements are found everywhere. They are an important information source for producers, enterprises and common consumers to get commodity information, make investment and decide consumption.Advertisement English is not just simply to "publicize", and it has developed into an ad language which is quite different from general English, owning its unique features to achieve its goal - promoting the products. Based on a lot of translation practices, the essay gives an analysis of stylistic features on the levels of vocabulary, syntax and rhetorical speech in written advertisement English, and discusses some translation skills in advertisement English.
