| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高等教育的主体和立德树人的生力军,做好青年教师思想政治工作,开展科学合理的评价是不断推进高校思想政治工作质量的重要环节。青年教师思想政治教育工作绩效分析应从合目的性与合规律性两个最基本的关系范畴出发,遵循知、情、意、信、行的思想政治品德生成逻辑展开,并从教育者素质、青年教师分类施教、关注专业发展与思想政治教育同步、创新教育模式、及时开展绩效评估五个维度加以进一步改进与提高。

| Abstract: | General Secretary Xi Jinping stresses that the university ideological and political work is related to the fundamental issue of what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people and for whom. Young teachers are the main force in universities and the new force of moral education. In promoting the quality of university ideological and political work, an important task is the ideological and political education of those young teachers. To assess the implementation of the task, two basic indices are the accordance to the educational purpose and regularity. The task should follow the formation logic of ideological and political morality: knowledge, emotion, will, belief and practice. And it should be promoted from five dimensions of the quality of educators, classified guidance of young teachers, synchronization of professional development and ideological and political education, the innovation of education mode and timely assessment. |
