摘    要:学习机会是近年来教育实证研究的新内容,是教师教育效能研究、课程研究和测试准备的重要概念。师范生在高校的学习机会反映了师范类专业建设的状况,与其教师知识水平呈正相关。目前最大规模的教师教育国际比较研究TEDS-M测评了职前教师的学习机会,这对专业认证背景下的教师教育有以下启示:基于认证需求优化课程结构,关注教育实习的反思作用,重视职前教师因材施教能力的建设。

Abstract:In recent years, scholars have begun to pay increased attention to Opportunities to Learn(OTL), a new terminology in the empirical research field of education. OTL is generally regarded as key indexes of efficacy, curriculum, and assessment of the educational system. In respect of teacher education, the OTL of the teacher candidates, which is positively related to the knowledge level of their teachers, reflects the condition of the construction of Teacher Education Program. Drawing on the current analysis of the conceptual framework and assessment protocol of OTL in TEDS-M, the largest international comparative study of teacher education, some enlightenment can be obtained to the teacher education in the background of the Teacher Education Program Accreditation in China: curriculum structure should be optimized according to the requirements of the Accreditation;the reflecting function of the course of Educational Practice should be highly concerned;importance should be attached to improving the pre-service teachers’ abilities in teaching to the individual requirements.
