| 摘 要： | 新时期对英语教师的专业素质、职业素质、自我完善和提高的能力、政治思想素质及身心素质都提出了更高的要求,这对英语教师来说是一个很大的挑战。学校要采取一系列对策并创造条件来促进外语教师的发展。同时,英语教师也需要提高终身学习的意识和能力,积极寻求自我发展道路,加强自我学习、自我反思能力,团结合作,更新知识,不断发展和进步,以适应新时期的要求。

| Abstract: | The new era in the demands the higher quality of specialty,profession,self-improvement,the political and ideological standard and physical and mental quality,which is a major challenge for English teachers.A series of countermeasures should be taken in universities to promote the development of foreign language teachers.At the same time,English teachers also need to raise awareness and develop the ability of lifelong learning,to actively seek the path of self-development to enhance the ability of self-learning and self-reflection,to cooperate with others,to update the knowledge and continue to develop and make much progress so as to adapt to the requirements of the new era. |
