企业声誉监管问题研究

摘    要:“信用危机”是影响中国市场交易效率的主要原因。加强信用管理需要完善对企业的道德性评价体系。企业声誉监管是利益相关者对企业道德性评价的综合治理方式。围绕企业声誉监管的企业伦理规范、企业声誉褒损、信息公开、商业征信以及声誉评价等制度,对中国提高信用管理效率具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Credit crisis is main cause of hindering the effective market trade in China. One of these ways that improve the credit management is establishing the moral evaluation system, which includes corporate reputation regulation. The study has reference significance to China's business credit construction by introducing some popular issues such as corporate moral norm, corporate reputation estimation, information disclosure, business credit investigation and credit punishment, etc.
