| 摘 要： | 文章提出转型期学术期刊面临机遇和挑战,如何充分发挥学术期刊的舆论引导、文化传承、学术引领、资政服务、培育新人功能,学术期刊要以现代文化引领为突破口,走跨越式发展道路,抓住当前出版产业转企改制的转折点,充分发挥期刊的地域优势和时代性,加速自身学术期刊学术影响力的提升,实现学术期刊的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper, proposed academic periodicals are facing opportunities and challenges. How can academic journals play its role in the guidance of public toughts, cultural heritage, the academic leading, advisory services and nurturing new talents？ Academic journals should take under the guidance of modern culture as the breakthrough, follow the path of development, seize the current publishing industry turning point into enterprises, and emphasize on regional advantages and epochal jouroal to accelerate the academic periodical promotion and to achieve leapfrog development of academic journals. |
