| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是推动高等教育事业科学发展、办人民满意教育的后备力量。新疆高校思想政治教育工作的外部复杂性、教育对象的多元性使得青年教师还承担着筑牢思想防线、维护边疆稳定的艰巨任务。建立完善的思想政治教育体系是加强新疆高校青年教师政治立场坚强、思想道德健康、业务素质过硬的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Young teachers are an important part of university teachers to promote the scientific development of higher education, to do the people＇s satisfaction with the education of the reserve forces. Xinjiang external complexity of the ideological and political education, diversity education makes young teachers object also bear the arduous task to build a strong ideological line of defense and maintaining stability in border areas. Creating a perfect system of ideological and political education is the only way to strengthen young teachers＇ the political position, strong moral health and the excellent quality of business. |
