教师专业化及其实现途径的探讨

摘    要:人们日益增长的对高质量教育的需要同教育质量不能满足人们的需要之间存在着尖锐的矛盾,教师专业化就是解决这个问题的办法之一。本文通过介绍教师专业化的历史进程和对教师专业化的界定,寻求实现教师专业化的途径:坚定实现教师专业化的信念;建立教师专业化组织机构;大幅度提高“合格教师”的经济待遇;为教师专业化良性循环提供条件。

Abstract:It is very contradictory that the demand of people for high-quality education is going up day by day but educational quality can't meet their demand.Teachers specialization is one of the solutions to the problem.By introducing the historical process of teachers specialization and locating teachers specializa-tion,the article explores the ways which can realize it:confirming our belief in realizing teachers spe-cialization;establishing the organizational structure of teachers specialization,heightening the econom ic treatment of"qualified teachers"at a large scale,offering a condition for the good circulation of teach ers specialization.
