| 摘 要： | 中国现阶段林业具有“产融弱质性”，面临严峻的资本形成不足、发展资金短缺的困境。林业金融支持正是为弥补林业资本形成不足造成严重资金缺口而出现的一种创新制度安排。通过对金融创新不足导致林业发展资金不足原因的分析，提出林业金融支持体系中以产品创新提升服务水平，以管理创新提高服务效率，以服务创新提升金融企业辐射力和影响力，以市场创新建立丰富活跃的金融体系等金融创新的思路及措施，从而促进金融支持林业发展的力度和效应。

| Abstract: | Featured with ＂inferiority of industry and finance＂, Chinese forestry currently falls in the predicament of stern insufficiency of capital formation and development capital shortage. Forestry finan＂ cial reliance, as an innovative measure, meets the grave capital gap resulting from forestry capital formation insufficiency. Analyzing the cause of financial innovation insufficiency which leads to the forestry development capital shortage, this paper offers some financial innovation ideas and measures, such as enhancing the service level by products innovation, promoting service efficiency by manage innovation, exten- ding financial enterprises＇ radiation and influence, building lively financial system by market innovation＇ to promote the strength and effect of finance backing forestry. |
