| Abstract: | The paper introduces the innovation measures of degree education and graduate education of Kunming University of Science and Technology in recent years,including ten reform policies for cultivation of PhD candidates,campaign month of graduate academic activities,and joint foundation bases of graduate cultivation,etc.And it puts forward the idea of reforming management system and cultivation patterns of talented students in the future. |
