摘    要:实证主义的研究传统一直都贯穿于西方教育管理研究的发展之中,这一点往往被我国的教育管理学界所忽视。根据教育管理研究发展的一般规律,在现阶段,切实加强我国教育管理学界的实证研究,减少盲目的、空泛的理论研究是发展符合我国教育发展现状、具有中国特色的教育管理理论的必由之路。

Abstract:By retrospecting the development of the management of western education, we can easily draw a conclusion that positivist research has been penetrating its entire period of development, which is largely neglected by our administrative circle of education. According to the general law of development in the study of education administration, at present, it is the only way of advancing the theory of education administration with Chinese characteristics in conformity to the present condition to strengthen the positivist research in our educational circle of administration and reduce blind and empty theoretical research.
